How does the 7-day free trial work?
Sign up, add a card, and use everything free for 7 days — same trial whether you pick monthly or annual. Cancel before it ends and you're never charged; keep it and your first charge lands when the trial does.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — use the billing portal from your dashboard at any time. Stripe prorates the change automatically.
What does “unlimited” actually mean?
No caps on boards, posts, votes, voters, or comments. Our rate limits exist to stop abuse (a voter can't cast 10,000 votes a day), not to meter your success.
Do you offer refunds?
If FeatureJet isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it, no questions asked.
Do I need to talk to sales?
No. FeatureJet is self-serve because small teams should not need a procurement motion just to close the feedback loop.
