Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Visiting Cardinals LLC, a single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Michigan, USA (“we”, “us”, “our”). They govern your use of FeatureJet, the hosted feedback-board service we operate at featurejet.com. By creating an account or using a board, you agree to them.

The service

FeatureJet Pro is a subscription at $15/month or $119/year that lets you create and publish feedback boards on FeatureJet subdomains. Voters may participate on published boards free of charge after email verification. We may improve or modify features over time; we will not materially reduce the core service you paid for during a billing period.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 16 years old. One person or organization per account; you may run any number of boards under it.

Acceptable use

You may not use FeatureJet to host unlawful content, malware, spam, harassment, or content that infringes others' rights; to impersonate others; or to attempt to defeat vote integrity or rate limits. We may hide content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.

Your content

You retain ownership of content posted to your boards. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and transmit it in order to operate the service. Voters grant the same license for their posts, votes, and comments. Board owners moderate their own boards.

Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the billing portal. If payment fails or you cancel, published boards become read-only: still visible, with new votes, posts, and comments disabled. Content is not deleted on lapse. First-charge refunds are available within 14 days on request.

Disclaimer and liability

FeatureJet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Visiting Cardinals LLC for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Visiting Cardinals LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Visiting Cardinals LLC agree that the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@featurejet.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (content licenses already exercised, liability limits) survive.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to board owners 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Questions: hello@featurejet.com.
